Each and every prospective puppy buyer is asked to complete the following
questionnaire with openness and honesty. The answers you give will help us to
match the best possible puppy with you and your family. Please complete e-mail
to [email protected] You will be notified by e-mail of acceptance. Once we have accepted your application, we will need to receive your minimum deposit within 72 hours of notification to reserve your puppy. Please confirm payment method of deposit prior to mailing.
