Why Do We Use NeoPar (Parvovirus Vaccines) and NeoVac DA2 (Canine Distemper Adenovirus Type 2 vaccine) modified live virus?
We want our puppies to be protected from one of the most lethal disease of dogs, canine parvovirus.
Puppies are provided antibodies from their mother's immune system while they are nursing. Puppies wean between 5-6 weeks old. Many experts believe that the milk's antibodies help protect the puppy up to 7-9 days after weaning has occurred. However, Parvo has occurred in litters even when they were given their first vaccine at 7 weeks.
Bob Page, DVM devoloped a modified live Parvovirus vaccine that can be given to a puppy at 5 weeks old. The NeoPar Parvovirus Vaccine eliminates the need to use complex vaccines, commonly refered to 5-way vaccine. 5-way vaccine contains a multiple of vaccines. NeoPar Parvovirus Vaccine and NeoPar Canine Distemper Adenoviurs Type 2 vaccine has been found to be safe for use in young puppies and less likely to produce a vaccine reaction that can occur in a complex combination vaccine.

Worming Program
It is very common for puppies to pick up worms or parasites. Puppies are watched and checked for worms and parasites. Fecal matter is taken to the veterinarian and checked for worms and parasites. Puppies are treated as needed. Puppies fecal are clear of worms or parasites prior to them being released to their new home.
Feeding Program
Puppies are fed a premium dry puppy food. They are offered puppy food free choice. Food dish is always cleaned and puppy food is replaced with new food several times a day.
Water
Water is essential. Fresh water is priceless. Water is changend many times a day and water dish cleaned.
